Hi All, I purchased a Used Audeze LCD2 from thecableco.com. Unfortunately, the headphones didn't work properly (dead channel). Once I contacted them, Joe responded quickly, and took care of everything. He had another LCD2 on hand, and shipped it to me immediately, while also sending me a UPS label to return ship the faulty LCD2. Joe's quick response and fast action to resolve the issue (at no additional cost to me!) is a prime example of excellent customer service! Thank you.
