Do you main M15 to drive your B3? Just curious with that impressionYikes, not for me.
First impression, treble region sounds artificial and overly plasticky.
Technicality aside (considering the price difference), U4s with similar driver composition is much more pleasing, tonally (w/ foam tips).
Blessing 3 reminds me of hybrid chifi from yesteryear. Overhyped HF to make it appear more capable (in terms of resolution).
Doesn't sound coherent or balanced. I was mostly curious about the dual opposing DD, but nothing special there.
Sorry, can't compare with B2/dusk/variations as I have no experience with those sets.
Anyways, this is just my experience based on personal preference.
I'm sure the hype train will continue to gain steam, but this is where I get off.
p.s. I probably won't send this back, but if you're interested in this set, PM me. Otherwise, I'll revisit the B3 at some point.

Sure. Is this where you assert I need 6w per ch to fully unlock its potential?Do you main M15 to drive your B3? Just curious with that impression

Nope. I know it's a "bright" source. I'm one of members who tour most of dongles exist in this hobby. So yeah. I don't do "not enough power" thing but source character is HUGE thing for the end result of your drivers.Sure. Is this where you assert I need 6w per ch to fully unlock its potential?![]()

Oh i've had plenty of DAPs and dongles. That's certainly not the problem. I wouldn't have kept it had I thought it was overly bright. But thanks I guess.Nope. I know it's a "bright" source. Happy listening!
Is your B3 a prototype/pre-release version ?
Quick listen using an A306 today. Good details, mids sounded forward and bass punch is good.
But its not for me unfortunately, sounded flat and lifeless with my test tracks. I'll give it a go again and try it with my other DAPs, maybe its just the synergy
But I'm glad the nozzle is more manageable this time (versus to the nozzle of the Variations)
I ask, because the faceplate doesn’t appear to have a mirror finish.
Dont worry. I probably heard more than you. It's my place where demo is just 5 minutes away. Other than that, i owned and own a lot. No need to tell me that you are superior if you aren't. I don't ask for that. I was kindly ask your source and suddenly that "im superior" comment from you. GL with that.Oh i've had plenty of DAPs and dongles. That's certainly not the problem. All I'm gonna say is that I was curious and I've now scratched that itch. One less mystery. I recommend you do the same if you're "curious." Finding my comments curious will get you nowhere.
Happy listening!
WTH? go back and read your comment. You're the one finding someone else' impression "curious" because it doesn't jibe with what you believe. And then you hint at me arriving to my conclusion because I used a bright source? Am I suppose to share that sentiment? This ain't day 1 for me either. And I'm sure most people already know synergy matters. So get off your high horse dude. I hate people that think they have the golden ear. If you can't appreciate other's impressions for what they are, don't comment at all. And stop bringing me back to this thread by replying to my comment. PM if you want to continue so others can carry on. Have a good one.Dont worry. I probably heard more than you. It's my place where demo is just 5 minutes away. Other than that, i owned and own a lot. Kindly read your "emoji" and "lookdown" kind of reply to my general question. Toxic. Who started that "sigh" thing. We don't need this people in this community.WTH? go back and read your comment. You started with "heyy, you want me to put this b3 with tons of power to unlock its magic????"
Look on yourself. Don't act like you are the one who's the good one here which it is clearly not.

Ah this is how ignore button works. My apologies everyone. No more interruptions, I promise.

Not mine, this was a shop demo from an authorized distributor. And yep - that's oil on the faceplate (coming from other listeners as well). Granted I already tried wiping them before taking that photo - and that's what I get.

You could! By blocking out each sound bore in sequence with some putty, you might be able to measure the difference. Else you could block one bore on one side only, and then do a L-R comparison with your own ears. What does that mean? I
Sometimes I would love to be able to deactivate certain drivers in multiple driver IEMs to be able to hear what they actually do, same goes for all these BCD lately.
I'm sure moondrop would advice against this ..

Well yeah in this case it might be possible, but not per driver. There are only 3 bores, lows mids and highs. And many IEMs have no bores at all.You could!
