Hi there!

I've been wondering what to buy to replace my old Creative EP630, that decided it had to die. So far I've tried Senns CX300 but i hate the L cable, and I had to change it.. I got a pair of Senns PX100 but since i've been using semi-in ear models for a while i can't seem to stand the ammount of noise that leaks inside an open headphone like that, so i think i'll return it to the store again. Furthermore, i have a Shure e2c but it's too damn big for my tiny ears.
Having paid a lot of money for my shure e2c i'm not sure wether to spent a lot more for something that may not fit me..

The thing is, what do you recomend me to buy? It has to run well unamped and has to have a Y cable.

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot!

Have you tried the Soft Flex Sleeves (Small) for E2c? They're really nice.
If they don't work, you can probably sell them on here to a Marshmallow user because they fit those as well.

Well, i'm almost about to buy the etymotics er6i but i have a question.

Do you know if the flanged eartip is soft? or is it as hard as the ones in the Shure E2C? Is it made of silicon like the creative ep630 or the senn CX300?

Or somewhere between those two?

It's important because having to depend on the foam eartips is awful for me (they get dirty in almost no time).

Thanks!!

its not as hard as the clear e3g sleeve
but its not as flimsy as the silicones of the ep630, cx300, and my mdr-ex51

when your tips get dirty, clean em with hydrogen peroxide

So you think it's a good idea?

Because if i buy them i have to do it in ebay and there's few hope to be able to return it, since i live in spain and the offitial prize here is 150 euros. (180 USD aprox). whereas in some ebay stores i've seen them for 71 usd.

So i just want to be 100% sure they won't hurt my ears as the shure e2c did.
