Plus I spent countless hours answering their questions and contacting Burson for replacement parts. Went out of my way for the guy, and he wants to return it because it has a small ding. The younger crowd has a serious problem with courtousy and good manners. I'll never recommend the guy to anyone. No couth.

That really toasts my cookies. When I was selling stuff, hated the inevitable person asking a million questions only to finally offer me half of what I was asking. Seriously? I've almost stopped selling stuff because of the constant moron coming through. I've done some great sales over the years but I always remember the idiots.

In the last few weeks, as I get settled in with the Schiit Vali 2++, I've done some tube rolling and damn, got to say I've forgotten how much fun this is. Just got a Philips JAN 2C51 that I can't wait to try. The GE 5670 I got over the weekend sounded awesome. I have another GE 5670 on its way due in another week. The Ukraine 6N3Ps I got also were sounding pretty nice. I'm on the search for some Western Electric but the prices on those have gone wild.

I know these are small scale but not ready to go full tilt on some huge costing hardware. I still have my Schiit Lyr 2 and all the tubes for that. Haven't pulled that out in a long time. Will have to dust that off soon.

Long story short. I had UPS pack it for me, that was a huge mistake. They guarantee their packing and didn't this time.... It was casing replacement and the screen.

Yes, he's on head-fi. What a total pain in the ass.
