I know...its ridiculous anyone like me who's work is physical or semi physical is in for a rough ride , can you imagine trying to do something like a tree surgeon at 65/70 ...im finding it hard to do semi mechanical work at 51 ...I need to change jobs

Yep, for me its the driving to get to the office 120 miles a day. Oh well it pays for the Head-Fi gear.
