Didn't someone post on here that the 16 core cables (and some of the 8 core?) were basically a scam as it was incredibly difficult to terminate 8+ cores?
Don't want to kick over any hornets nests here, but just wanted to check..
Since the offer looks fairly tempting lol..

And I just made another Youtube video about a cable
And I posted my review on the mighty QLS QA 361 DAP, a very traditional looking DAP, that has one of the best sonic performances among all DAPs

It has since been confirmed that the problem was only with the TRN 6 and 8 core cables. TRN has acknowledged the problem. No word on how or if they will compensate those who bought them"
No problems were found with any others including 16 core . Slater ordered and dissected a bunch of them.

I'm on OD's boat and basically giving cables away these days! MB is also correct and I've had zero issues with any of my 8 and 16 core cables (but I knocked on my desk anyway)
@Light - Man , I do like the way my T-2's sound as well as I've always loved my D2000's however for Pod's ears this shell design has been the worst fit of any iem I've owned besides with over 36 iem's and 18 of them that sound exceptional to me I have plans of ending the vicious cycle (will sell off about 20 to help fund the last pair I'm really interested in (Meze Rai Penta's) and call it a day.
Now I do have plans of living my future fantasies through my fellow Head-fiers though so please do keep on keeping on Jammers

Those of us who are regulars on the thread below know only too well how good HPs sound on vintage gear:

Indeed and Pod owns your 1250's little brother in my SX-1050 which has an excellent HP out I still contend with what Paul Klipsch once said although his was really based on the new (at the time) digital realm that there is nothing new in audio Good equipment like good recordings are always going to sound what.............................good For my old ears that equates to great

The 1050 is a beautiful piece of gear. They don't make them like that anymore.

No and a true story a good friend of mine is a high end audio salesmen and when I returned from Germany he talked my into selling my 1050 to a friend and like an idiot I did but fortunately he shortly fell upon hard times and I was able to purchase it right back! Gave him what he paid me for it since he was already struggling. I will never part with it again (well I may give it to my 1st grandson) but that is the only place it will go if not in my collection and you are so right, the entire Pioneer line of that era was Da Bomb Matter a fact blew up my first pair of Blose 9301's) with my 1050 LOL It eventually got a nice A & B set on it (Larger Advents and my first ever JBL's L-36's) Here's a little something I've had since my Air Force days I've scanned in to help you "reeling in the years"
