I've been drooling over the LPGT. Almost traded my WM1Z for one. A TOTL DAP makes a difference IMO.

You should give the Cayin N6ii a go with T01. I love mine. I believe I like it better than the stock WM1Z. Now with an external amp the WM1Z really shines. The built-in amp in the WM1Z is weak IMO. Everything seems recessed behind the vocals. I'm still working on getting the modded firmware working with my WM1Z. Hopefully this make a difference with the sound signature of the amp.

Regarding the amp section on the WM1Z, I don't know much about its weakness or strength, but the awesome Whitigir has come up with hardware mod plans for the WM1Z, which also include adding capacitors to boost the power of the WM1Z
A company called Music Sanctuary offer their 'K-mod' at 3 different tiers, but I suspect the Whitigir mod will be better.

well guys covid 19 is going to induce a biblical recession so id wait for any expensive audio purchases for you're own protection and pending price drops and manufacturer/retail bankruptcy. Hope I'm wrong but i got stopped out early this week, this thang and its effects will linger for a few years. Hope I'm wrong.

That Sony DAP stuff, etc. is way over priced. There is far too much BS floating around this sport, where many people associate high prices with better SQ.

Astell and Pain started the whole BS cycle and we have ended up in one big viral mess..........................

Life as we know it has changed for us all and we have only seen the tip of the Schiiiit-Berg.

Anyone who smokes or has any lung condition, diabetes or a compromised immune system better be very careful over the coming months..........................

Not WOW, but I love Hanson

Although MmmBop was pretty cheesy (and overplayed), I remember thinking at the time "if these kids can write such catchy melodies and harmonise so well at such a young age, they should be able to produce some excellent stuff when they are adults".
To some extent, the world largely forgot about them.
They carried on though, releasing stuff through their own label up to this day.

I feel their only weakness (which isn't really their fault) is that their fan base has ended up predominantly being women/girls, and their audiences live (and to some extent, their musical and lyrical direction) reflect that.
Still, they're all happily married with children and making a comfortable living doing what they love.


So here's a couple of live tracks to show you - I hope - that my prediction came true

First up, Watch Over Me. The singer gets pretty fired up and really into it from about 2:50 onwards. Love it!
Oh, and the drummer reminds me of Jamie Oliver at some points lol


It's hard to find quality videos of this particular live concert, but here's a couple of great songs in one video.

It's a sad and very frustrating time for me , my work for some pathetic reason has decided to ban the use of iems/headphones and our own music (still got the radio)...it is down to one individual's actions , which again are meaningless and pathetic...not only does this ruin the day for me but something like 15 other individuals that regularly plug in, this also comes one week after buying my comets for work .

Really not happy and genuinely most are so not happy that they are considering leaving the company ...long live tunes, time to look for work elsewhere.

It's the 3rd option lol .if it wasn't for the fact I have a few things going on (knee etc etc ) i would have probably gotten out sooner.
