Greetings. A coworker of mine bought a Fiio M7 from Amazon, last week he dropped the DAP and the screen was damaged. It didn't cracked, but a significant amount of the pixels were damaged. He's tried contacting Fiio directly, but he hasn't got any reply.

So I decided we might as well try here. How can he go about receiving support for the device?

On the request of James, we start this new all-in-one thread to address any questions you may have to FiiO, with considerations as follows:

1. As you can see, we have one single thread to each product we released. With the product lineup expanding, it’s getting more and more difficult for us to track up the status for all the threads and reply timely.

2. It’s our after-sales staff who do the daily routine work and reply on Head-Fi, but in terms of future plans, product functions and features, James and our product managers can provide more accurate information to all of you. So with this thread, they will check from time to time to have your questions answered.

Why didn't you include the latest *ESS SABRE 9219* in M3 pro ? Why the old ess sabre 9218?

@FiiO the 2 pin termination on my FIIO LC-BT2 won’t stay in my iem.

The pins are too lose a fit and the curl on the over ear cable section is too stiff. It pulls the pins out - every time.

It is impossible to put my iem in my ears with out the 2 pin termination detaching.

My FIIO LC-BT2 now sits unused on a shelf.

This a shame as the one time I did manage to put my iems in my ears with this product the amp sounded very good.

one other thing - the device voice responses have a distorted tone. That’s not very good. It make the unit have a low quality feel.

I use another Bluetooth cable for my iems now.

We have report to the engineer about your feedback. The LC-BT2 is available in both MMCX and 0.78mm 2-pin versions which suits for most of the nonspecific earphones in the market. The cable itself is made of monocrystalline copper, and the outside is specially treated to prevent sweat from sticking to the LC-BT2. We may consider about the special version for recessed 2 pin headphone in later future.

As mentioned by yourself in other thread , this DAC was launched in November last year. So it has not born when we developed the M3Pro.

I'd like to know what's happening about all the amp modules for the Q5/Q5s /X7 models? Why are there so few available to buy? Looked to add AM3D and AM3B modules to my collection, but could only find AM3E available, and that was just on Aliexpress. Why release the Q5s so recently if the intention was to stop making the modules? :-[

Tried to pair my Q5 with my new Toshiba tv, (Toshiba 43UL5A63DB) and it wouldn't recognise it. Any clues why?...

Are you pairing the Q5 with the TV via Bluetooth? Is the Q5 in pairing mode(red and blue flashing alternately) at that time?
