i just wanted to say i really like these headphones. after 2 months, they've started to grow on me in a big way. my main diet is electronica, classical, and jazz. i love the reproduced tone/timbre, musical line, and groove. they play nicely with every genre and even sound decent out of my iPod.

that's it. thanks for tuning in

initially i thought the freq response was a little lumpy and the bass was pretty lean, otherwise nothing really stands out.

I like it too. Ultimately I sold it because I don't need any closed headphones anymore, and semi-closed (DT880) was isolating enough for me in the room. Not that any one of them is the best, but I can live with its sound when I don't want to do critical listening.
