I have bought ak320 several weeks ago. Before that, I read a lot of diff forums to make right decision. The selection was between 320 and 240 (price in russia is the same). Everywhere people says that 320 is better SQ then 240 in pcm. In one dealer shop there was a blind test were most of people prefer 320 with no chance to 240. Of course there was no dsd in test. After all my study I noticed one thing. The only people who prefer 240 are 240-owners☺ It is difficult to believe that more cheap device sounds better then more expensive one that they own.

yes, plus an extra one in the box.

Mine did not come with one fitted but 2 for the front and 2 for the back that i had to install myself!

Well I originally returned my 380 for a number of reasons one of the biggest being the whole MAC Android file transfer system.
Subsequently gifted the 320 and amp and pleasantly surprised how AK appear to have improved the synergy with Android file transfer program.
Transferred 120 gb in only two sessions and pretty fast as well.

I tried both the ak240 and ak320 as well and I preferred the ak320's sound. I was pleasantly surprised as well as my perception was that ak240 was supposedly superior. The files I heard were of course not DSD though. Anyone did any comparison between the Ak240ss and the AK320?

Does anyone knows the ak 320 voltage and amp to charge from wall I use a 5 v with 2.4 amp wall charger

Just got the AKcd ripper and it works very well with the AK320.
It's probably the only bit of AK kit I haven't thought was over priced.

they have not and looks like they don't intend to do so. that's the main reason i have moved on to the ak380cu. astell & kern drags their feet at any of their loyal customers or potential customers grips,moans, issues & concerns.
fixes, visions, great idea, bad idea & even great compliment/software implementation has no meaning & noted bearing to astell & kern from their customers. wish you well.
