First off: Hi People! I'm new in this forum... My name is Marco, I'm 14 years old and I live in Germany. I like hearing music, etc. and for this I'll need some good supplies so this forum will be cool for me (I think/hope)

And now: I'm searching for some IEMs... These will be my first self owned pair. I will probably use them with my cellphone (Nokia N95), my PC and my iPod Touch... My mom already bought me a pair of Skullcandy Smokin' Buds for 42.80$ (29,99€), but I didn't open them yet because I first want to know if there are better ones for the price, so I can go to exchange them. In the store there were Sennheiser CX300 ones for the exact same price and some UEs also (probably the cheapest)... the store also carrys Sony ones, Philips, AKG, Shure, etc.
30€ is the highest I can give atm but I need a pair of IEM's because I don't have any anymore since my normal earphones broke...

The store that your mother got the Skullcandys from probably doesn't sell very good earphones (the CX300s aren't great either), so if you can get a cash refund and buy some earphones online you will get more value.

Alright... I'll try to get a refund today... But which ones would be better for the price? I mean... which model?

BTW: The store is one of the biggest electronic-stores in Germany or maybe Europe...

Oh... I forgot to say that I'll probably hear hip-hop, rap-music, house, dnb, dubstep

$43 for Smoking buds?!

Better options on the cheap:

Sennheiser CX250 (much better than CX300)
Meelectronics M9/M6 (email the cs at Meelec.com for a shipping quote)
Soundmagic PL21 (focalprice.com)

Do you know how much shipping to Europe is for M6s, offhand? They're €35 not inc. postage on Overstock.com which seems pricey.

Well you're going to have to buy from meelec directly to get their international shipping. Meelec sells the M6 for $39.99, which is around €29. I believe DervishD mentioned that shipping to Spain cost him an additional $7.

Well Smokin Buds are pretty expensive here in Germany... there are some for like even 5€ more expensive...
I couldn't find the Sennheiser CX250s on their website :S
I guess like bcpk said, the M6s would be to expensive.

CX250 is not listed on any of Senn's sites but it reportedly uses the same drivers as the CX200/CX150 and can be found online.

The M6 might be too expensive but the M9 isn't

Pretty expensive though... I got PL-50s from MP4nation for €30, compared to his €55. Although my PL-50s still haven't arrived, a month later...

Same driver, markedly different sound.
