Ibasso D12 owner, and sometimes connect to the PC via USB. Foobar or Winamp for playback. I understand about bit perfect, and I can test it works as DTS audio files and DTS or HDCD from squeezebox lights up DTS or HDCD logos on my DAC/processor.
For for PC-D12, how do I know the computer is outputting 44.1khz, and the D12 is receiving 44.1khz over the USB bus?
