are they headphone reviewers or just generic "tech hypers" ?
You are welcome to post your own review in this thread if/when you get them.

That's what i for one am most interested in, reviews from users here and comparisions to the AZ80 and other earbuds.

I've got these now but can't comment much on sound as I'm not expert but can answer any other questions related to other features .

So far I'm really really impressed with the overall package and improvements from the az80

Can anybody who has or has had the az80 comment on if the reports that the az100 as a noticeably higher volume are true or not?

Still enjoying AZ80, wondering if you can comment on AZ100 improvement, hard to gauge anything useful from official spec or these yo-hipsters "reviews".

Alot of little changes
1. More battery life
2. Better call quality and voice isolation ( I've tested this myself to confirm )
3. Better anc but not by much. Still top tier
4. Spatial audio with Atmos added ( tried it briefly ,works as expected )
5. New tips are great but kinda annoying as third party tips may not work well given the tip adapter design .
6. LC3 support
7. Alexa support removed
8. Ability to control what happens with multipoint .i.e if u need to pause playback on one device or not .
9. No tip fitting test
10. Adaptive ANC .seems to work well
11. Ai voice can also supress noise from the caller end
12. The earbuds are much smaller now

on the AZ80 the ANC has/had significant white nose (ex. Apple AirPods Pro 2 has basically no noice when ANC is active).
Does the ANC still has any noticeable white noise when activated?

No, but one of the first things I noticed is that they go super loud. No way I'm going above 50% volume personally. If these are too quiet for anyone (without known hearing issues), I suspect a medical appointment is needed.

Mine arrived today. So far very impressed with connectivity (no hiccups, very smooth) and with functionality in general. Touch controls are good. Pass-through works well. App has lots to go at. ANC is at least decent, though I need to test it more. I will say that as is standard for ANC it does nothing to reduce treble, and the first two eartip sizes I tried were no good - but the large gives me a decent seal and solved the issue. They're not quite as deep in as the PI7s are, closer perhaps to how the space travel sit, which makes that seal slightly more tenuous, but also makes keeping than in for longer more doable I think.

Sound-wise I'm no expert, but they're lovely to listen to for most of my usual stuff. The soundstage is a little wider than my PI7s, and they have a whole lot more clarity/definition. Listening to some Sonny Rollins (Solitude for instance), the vibrato is gorgeous in a way I've not had from another tws. The bass is pretty impressive too - there's plenty of it there, yet it doesn't generally muddy the rest of the mix like my bose quietcomforts did. Listening to various piano (classical, jazz) and Nubya Garcia (e.g. Clarity) among other things is crystal clear without losing the warmth or bottom in the way the Space Travels do.

Conversely, on my standard test of Inner Babylon by Sons of Kemet (2 drum kits, tuba, sax) the stock 'direct' tuning finally struggles. There it really does need some EQ to raise the treble as the bottom half of the mix overwhelms. The treble+ setting does that pretty well without hurting my sibilance sensitivities and even the dynamic (I.e. V) mode holds out better than direct though the bass is then fully silly. I'm sure some people will come up with measurements and suggestions for wavelet. I tried the az80 autoeq there fwiw, and that definitely wasn't it.

I can't see any way I'm sending these back.

Good question
There is white noise with anc on but it's not bad at all ,much improved from the az80 .

U will get alot of white noise with transparency mode if over 80% but again it's much less than the az80 .
In percentage terms I would say maybe a 15% reduction in white noise in transparency and 20% noise cancellation . Approx.
Bottom line is that it's not a bother like it was with the az80 ( at least it was for me)

There's always something with ANC really. I think it's partly a matter of what you're sensitive to, and partly there's variations between otherwise identical pairs of the same thing. Found Bose QC ultra over-ears unbearable and went back to my QC35s. ML5909s had even louder white noise, but were less objectionable to my ears than the ultras. Of the 5 TWSs I've tried, the az100s have some of the least objectionable white noise. It's there, but more gentle blanket than annoying hiss for me at least. Haven't tried AZ80s
