I want to know how to wire the TE70075 (Digikey part number).

It says "115" on the top of the transformer and I am guessing the top pins are for the live voltage. Do I need to hook up both of the pins in the 2 corners on the top or will just one work? Also how do I know which is positive? Is it the inner ones since I saw a positive sign in the middle of the transformer.

I just don't want to get this wrong
