I have been lurking for quite some time. I decided to come out of hiding to encourage those who are checking Ross stores. I have been in no less than 12 Ross stores. Most are in Houston. I recently went to FL and checked some there to. Recently I saw a pair of BA100s in a tj max so I decided to check a few of those. My second trip today yielded sweet $16.99 reward! I have them in right now and can say that it is worth the effort. Don't give up!

Volume wise how this iem fares? Does it give as much volume as the Shure SE530/5s?

I'm looking for an iem for the gym and i tend to like it loud on my workouts.

Some feedback would help since i'm torn between these and the Westone 3

Little less then SE535. SE535 are super sensitive. W3 and BA200 are very different. If you are looking for something exciting, W3 would give you that better.

Basically i'm looking for a balanced armature multidriver that gives plenty of volume. I can enjoy different signatures but at the gym i need loudness.

I just got an iPhone 5s that sounds very good but is not as powerful as my gone 4s thus i want a volume efficient iem.

If the BA200 is giver more volume than a SE215 it might fit the bill.

Is its nozzle compatible with the Shure olives?

Hmm both fits comply t100 so I would say yes

The BA200 is not the easiest to drive armature. I use about the same volume level as the ASG-2. If you want an absolutely zero power needed to drive BA, look into the FAD Heaven series.

While the BA200 are not as efficient as the TF10 or B2 I find my Clip Zip drives them to uncomfortablely loud levels.

Going by Rins analysis, the new Westone true fit foam tips are the best, acoustically, they actually expand its bandwidth a bit. Runner up tips are Shure Olives, ER6-18c and Comply T130

Are the foam tips form this package the best tips for the BA200?  Interesting that Ericp said that the Westone true fit silicone are what he was using.

I just bought the BA-200 and I think the following:
Stock silicon tips have good fit (even with not so good music isolation). Also let to spread all the amazing clarity and separation of instruments of BA-200! Perfect for vocals and jazz! The negative is that these tips don't flatter at all the bass of the BA-200 which (in my opinion) is little. So if you listen to electronic or some music with more bass (not necessarily bass heavy), you just cannot enjoy it! A pretty good solution is to replace the silicon tips with stock complies. In this case, you achieve a more bass result and a better isolation. From the other part you lose some clarity and (for my ears) not so good fit. For the last feature maybe I will be sure after some more time. This is my very first impression. If you have any good idea how to improve the bass, I am glad to hear it.
