That's a shame.(which you can read as my understated way of expressing "Aaagghhh! The H2 was the one headphone I was R-e-a-l-l-y looking forward to hearing!").

Like I said, That's a shame...

So...do we reschedule the meet now? (Just kidding!)

No harm post-HSC approaching your fellow Sydney HeadFi-ers with that equipment to see if they're open to a mini-meet.

The H2 are very open, a meet probably isn't the best place to hear them anyway. But I haven't got uni for the next few months so if anyone wants to hear them in a mini-meet after they're back from repairs, I'd be happy to bring them along. Hopefully by that time I'll also have an amp capable of driving them without the TR2, so we can hear what they're really capable of.

Yes, I'm in for a mini-meet when you're ready, b0dhi.

Yes, I'm always in for listening to vinyl. Love hearing vinyl rigs, love hearing vinyl collections (after all it's the era I grew up in!

Well my profile says anything but Opera and diehard C&W, but I am partial to well recorded female singer-songwriters. I'll see what vinyl I have spare copies of and try and bring some as well (although I foresee the same issue of 'how am I going to carry all this stuff?' arising!

I'm glad you guys are happy with DK. Does someone want to nominate their rig to have the vinyl plugged into? I no longer own my headphones...
Justin.
