If i have socketed AD8610 op amps, and wanted to switch them for AD627 op amps, is there anything else anyone thinks I may need to change?

what amplifier are you speaking of? opa627s love voltage, so maybe it's no bad idea to give them a few more volts (>12v). if you want to go over 24v (personally i don't think, that's necessary!), be careful to match the voltage rating of your rail-caps.
