By accident didn't order enough switches for what I need. Do the ratings ("Rated 10 amps at 125VAC") on the switches affect what it can be used for, or can pretty much any switch be used for power on/off on a Cmoy?

Also, does anyone know where to get nicer 1/8" and 1/4" jacks (maybe gold plated)?

As far as the switch, because the ratings of a CMoy are so low (mA current and 9V) the switch rating really doesn't matter. Any 125VAC switch will do really.

As for the jacks, ebay maybe? I'm a fan of Radioshack for onezy twozy things.

Ratshack's jacks are crap, other than the Switchcraft knockoff ar $3 a pop, vs. $1.30 or so each at Mouser for the real ones. The ratshack sc knockoff isn't as good btw. There is also a Kobicon jack that you will see on alot of the post pics of your builds amps, 161-7300-EX from Mouser that I like, maybe even better than the switchcraft.
For 1/4" jacks, Mouser has the Neutrik locking (never used) or the chrome opening jack (568-NYS215). I actually like the Rean one from partsexpress better than this, but if you're only ordering from one place, then...

what makes Radioshack's jacks crap? I've used them many times and have never had a problem.
