Switchcraft mini plug: which is R & L channel?

I've read the step-by-step guide on how to make your own interconnects but I cannot tell by the pics which one of the tabs on the Switchcraft mini connector is for the right channel and which one is for the left.

The above pic is borrowed from the guide and if anybody could tell me what tab is for what channel that would be great.

The tip of the plug is always left, middle is right and bottom is ground.

Inside, the center pin is left, the one beside/outside of it is right and the clamp is ground.

Always double check with a multimeter too. Set it either to measure resistance, or the diode beep setting if your DMM has it.
