I live in the midrange!
This is very political and bound to stir up a ruckus...

I just saw an ad with Susan Sarandon...about par for the course from what I've seen of her. She's so reliably anti-anything to the right of Hollywood that she's almost like a cartoon, but she bugs me anyway.

I think that she's what Stalin used to call a useful idiot - he was refering to the America's intellectual left - during the cold war. Loathe as I am to call Susan Sarandon an intellectual, she does fit the bill...especially the idiot part.

I'm curious what other people think....

Hypocrit, and an idiot.

a. She promised to leave the US if Bush got elected, but she's still here.

b. I don't see anything that makes her qualified to sponser a comercial about the international consequences of war with Iraq. Now, if it was Kissenger talking, I'd be more likely to listen.

Oh, here's a place where you can view the ad, if you haven't seen it:

They had to re-do her hand print because seconds later the weight of her breasts brought her arms into the cement down to her elbows. Vote: Idiot, but I'm with Spaltro on the honkers.

I suspect "had" is a better choice of words these days.

Perhaps we should have a poll on her honkers??

"Honkers"? Is that a new term for headphones? (You guys wouldn't be talkin' about ... er .... um .... something else? Nah.) If anyone has pics of these honkers, perhaps with specs of their audio quality, I would surely appreciate it.

I voted "neither." She has a right to express her opinion, and if the anti-war movement wants to pay to put her on TV, that's their right as well.

Why aren't you criticizing Janeane Garafolo or the minister of Bush's church?

Neither, she has a right to be anti-war and you have the right to disagree.

It's so low-class to start picking on body parts though. My opinion of the people posting on her breast size has just gone way down.
