Okay, I don't know if anybody's done this before... I have a pair of Shure SCL4's and Grado SR-60's. I read in another thread about someone thinking of wearing Shure IEMs then having noise canceling cans at the same time; to completely block out noise.
Now I was thinking, why not wear IEMs; use low-isolation tips and wear a bass-heavy pair of circum/supraaural cans? Wouldn't that make it sound accurate and fun to listen to (presence of bass)? I tried but I couldn't hear/feel the bass, I think I need an amplified splitter to increase the SR-60's volume.
Anybody done this before?
