Have any owners had any upgrades done to these amps and if so what are the most significant in terms of sound?

Goldpoint attenuator
Vampire RCA input
Neutrik 1/4" phono jack
Auricap coupling caps
Upgraded output caps
Solen Power supply caps - Stage 1
Solen Power supply caps - Stage 2
Higher efficiency power supply wiring
Addition of RCA output jacks for preamp application

I've got a Singlepower SDS which should be here end of this week or beginning of next. It's got the following upgrades over the stock Supra. You can ask mikhail for details, and if you send me your email address I'll forward you some pictures.
-upgraded capacitors in the power supply network
-upgraded heater filtering capacitor network
-upgraded capacitors in the audio circuit
-upgraded switches
-Goldpoint stepped attenuator
-Vampire RCA inputs
-upgraded headphone jack, Neutrik
-upgraded internal bracing (no Flex)
-sylvania VT-231 tubes. Two other sets of tubes also.
Mikhail would be the best one to talk to about the differences between the Supra and the SDS. The amp is also bigger and heavier than the Supra. I had no need to use it as a pre-amp. Hope this helps some.

I would say it's a different amp. It's bigger, heavier, and all internal parts have been upgraded to better parts, also has a stepped attenuator, and comes with the Sylvania VT-231 tubes. As far as I no it's the only one out here. It was never a Supra that Mikhail went back into to upgrade the parts. This amp was built from scratch. The parts would not fit on the Supra chassie so the chassie is different also. I'm sure it shares the same sonic qualitys of the Supra since the design is the same, Mikhail has been listening to the amp for the last 5 days, and can give you a direct comparison between the two amps. It still looks like a singlepower amp but the Mikhail says it's strong enough to stand on. Let me no if my emails went through to you.
Siz is 10 X 10 X 16. I'll let you no the exact weight when it gets here but Mikhail says it's taken on alot of weight compared to the Supra. I think in the beginning it was going to be a Supra with better parts, but it kept growing.
