Superfi sound issues

My 2 month old (replaced) superfi 5 pros have a crackling sound when the drivers are reproducing the high end treble, I have used the tool to get out any ear wax or debris but still the sound interference is occuring.

Any suggestions ? will I have to send these off again to Jeanette Coffey again ? Is it ithe treble driver ?

Another question will this happen to the UM2's, how often do you need to change the filters opn those ?

I am UK based so this sending off to the US everytime some thing goes wrong is getting tiresome

I had similar problem and just rma them back to Jeanette Coffey with no problem.
