Anyone have any reviews on this sexy bugger? It looks fantastic, and is relatively cheap ($179).. if it is good performing then it should be HOT!

Yes, it looks cute. But I am pretty sure it's been around for a good while. I think it's sound profile has probably been overtaken by newer designs like the Gilmore Lite.

I -really- can't wait for someone to do a Gilmore Lite vs AT-HA20 review.. I would be head over heels if it compares similarily! $179.99 for such a nice looking amp.. with LEDs and a window too!

I sent him a PM. I kind of doubt he will reply though.. his last post was in April.

You never know!

interesting - that led 'light-up' effect is very nifty!

i wonder what the lack of a metal cover does for emi/rfi protection though.

According to the AT site, AT-HA20 was introduced in late Feb. 2005.

The amp is light in weight and looks a bit empty inside.

I heard a demo unit a few weeks ago with my ATH-AD2000 headphones as well as a demo Beyer DT880.

It sounds decent, but is not as good as a SuperMacro-3.

It looks really nice, especially the front. I can't really judge the top though in that small picture. The people who make the high-end amps (or whatever) should put some more effort into design. Most headphone amps I've seen so far look so boring

I decided to chicken out and bought the Gilmore Lite instead.
