super.fi 5pro right ear headphone

Hello! I own the super.fir 5 pro for around 10 months now. It's working pretty fine until one day, I noticed that the right earphone is muffled and softer than the left ear piece. I emailed UE customer service and they asked me to return it. I got the replacement today (I dunno if it's refurbished or new) When I tried it out, it still has the same problem. Is the right ear piece really softer than the left one? I am really confused... I hope someone can help me out here. Thank you very much!--joe

You might need to get your ears irrigated - contact an audiologist or ENT specialist.

I don't think it's my ear coz I have shure e4c and it's working pretty well.

Maybe your not getting a good seal?

I have tried all options like trying different tips and I even switched the wires.

Does the muffled sensation appear in the other ear if you switch the earphones around?

Yes. Will UE still replace it? I am worried that they won't believe me coz the unit that they sent me looks new.
