hi, i tried to search but didn't come up with much

is it possible to tell whether the super.fi 3's are the 'new' version (with the thicker cord) or the old version by the package alone?

im referring to this picture...

also i thought the super.fi 3's came in black/clear/white, not red?

Saw them at Radio Shack. Said that they were a Radio Shack Exclusive. They cost $99. They looked really sweet If you are into colors, kind of metalic.

If my wife would wear IEMs I would have bought her a set even though she listens to audio books and talk radio %90 of the time. She is a IEM prude though and won't insert stuff in her ears.

Now only if they did that for the SF5's.

Sure would be nice if UE would actually tell us they had an exclusive at Radio Shack like they did with the Clear Superfi 5 pro at Guitar Center, ya know????
What the heck's up with that?

And what's with the Star Trek chick holding some orange box of Super.fi's [i presume they are super.fis] on a picture on the UE site? I've never seen them come in a box like that....

[btw, sorry about no parentheses, i only have the right one now, as I have burnt the hell out of my keyboard with cigarettes.... not smart phil, not smart]

Normally, I would say "oh, how stupid is that, copycats!!" but it's actually a good idea to sell on Apple's site with the product red nano.
However if it's only a Radio Shack exclusive, WHAT THE HELL'S THE POINT?

OY VEY BRUDDAH!!!!

Wow, you guys don't skip a beat. The iPod nano [PRODUCT] red just came out, and already you own one?

I'm still pissed at Apple for not letting us have that cool search feature on our pre 9-12-06 5th gen iPods. I think that was an absurd decision, and I hope they plan on correcting it, because according to apple high level tech support, it has nothing to do with the iPod hardware and is strictly in software. Apple is just trying to get people to replace iPods they bought less than a year ago, which is a joke. As much as I love Macs and use them daily for graphics and audio, I think Apple tech support and customer service is some of the worst I've seen out of any major company.

Yes I own one, I got it for my birthday

$99 though, I'd rather save 20 bucks and get black

You know the red iPod includes a $10 (?) donation to the PRODUCT RED charity, right? I'm not laying a guilt trip or anything, but there's a reason for the difference.

Yeah.

Apple only released the Red iPod for the RED PRODUCT thing.
It seems that most of you people don't know why there are red items recently.
