I really have no experience in amps at all. I don't know if I should choose an amp/DAC combo, a standalone amp or a whole DAP. Cash is of no problem, I never have a limit for audio products. Help me please?

Having tried tge 8as,I think you should get a clean neutral amp. The c421and pico slim comes to mind. But you could also use the hisound studio 3rd anniversary like me! Saves the hassle of attaching an amp to a player. It pairs extremely well with my 4a btw.

How much is the Hisound studio 3rd ver?? if its good enough i might take it. Currently using an ibasso Dzero..

I was deciding between this, Colourfly C4, Dx100 and Ak100. More or less loving the ak100's design

I heard the ak100s takes 20 mins to boot up with dual 64gb card. My Studio takes exactly a minute and fifteen seconds with a 64gb card. Ive tried the c4. Quite awesome but bulky imho.
