So these headphones are extremely comfortable except for the fact my right ear slightly touches the inside of the speaker.  And I mean it hardly touches.  But, it becomes really uncomfortable over extended use. Is there any way to deepen the ear pad?
 
I've seen a picture of using cotton on this forum, but how do I do this?  Do I have to take the earpads off, put cotton on, and then put earpads back on?  Or would I just stuff cotton under it?  Any suggestions would help, thanks.

Custom pads, maybe. You could get a second pair of pads, open them up, stuff more cotton/foam inside. Or you could tape the back of your ear.

I have put 3/16 x 1/4 closed cell adhesive foam insulation under pads before and it worked good.

Just stuff something soft under the pads. I used a small piece of foam to deepen the earpads of my old HD555, worked great.

I ended up getting some closed cell foam which is basically what you said.  Worked great, cheers.

Cool. I just found another trick. I used coax cable cut to the correct length to form a ring that I put underneath the pads on my sons krk-8400's. The cables natural tendency to be straight caused it to stay put. Works great.
