Suggestions for a DAC for my LCD-2 Violectric V200 combo?

I know the obvious choice is a V800,but my wallet does not like the $1300 price tag,especially considering it will be more by the time it gets to Canada.I would certainly consider a used V800,but they are nowhere to be found,but i have put a "wanted" post in the for sale section for the V800.In the mean time can someone suggest a DAC that would have a similar size that would look good stacked with the V200(black)?I would be willing to spend up to around $700 and have no problems with a used unit to get more for my $$.Thanks in advance.....Dave

Been doing a ton of research,the best budget solution I can find that fits my needs is the Rein Audio X-dac.Any thoughts on this unit,seems to have some positive responses here,but nothing recently which has me concerned??
