the price range is 30
i was looking at Metro.Fi 100v, kramer modded marshmallows, or air cushions

The clip-on design is great for running purposes. Canalphones arn't good for running at all.

Sony MDR-W08 is an over the head, very light, vertical type headphone
which are great for use while running; because the isolation is not excessive enough to impact situational awareness.
My only dislike with this headphone is the lack of bass and a bit lacking in treble quality. I would say this is good for TV quality audio or radio, suffice to say.
