Oh, and to think that all this time I thought it was their acting that killed their careers, goes to show you what I know.

No, his movies ruined his career.

Chong Li looks smarter, though.

I've always been very pleased that Seagal dropped off the radar in new movies. It means that future generations will have to endure less of his horrible crap on TV.

I actually like Van Damme's crappy action movies, though. His and Treat Williams's.

Shallow plots poorly acted and trite dialog killed his career. Damn! Now I'll have to go into hiding so he can't find me and rip my arm out of it's socket and beat me senseless with it while I bleed to death.

You must have him confused with Chuck Norris.

Don't get me started on Nethanderal man. Chuck and Steve are both graduates of the "Close Cover Before Striking School of Acting".

On a personal level, I like what I've read about Seagal. I've heard some of his music, and it really isn't that good. Though I do believe he enjoys playing and producing it quite a bit, but it's BLAH generic "white man" blues.

Under Siege was watchable, but his other stuff is not personable. He tries to portray a lifeless soldier that is perfect front to back, and offers no real emotions besides "hardcore".

He just doesn't belong in the public entertainment business. It's not his thing, no matter how hard he wants it to be.
