Steps for 220 volts. Which tranformer?

I am building a STEPS to use with 220volts. It will be used with a pimeta and a millett hibrid. Output current will be 24v. Which transformer shoud I use?? I think I should use the amveco 70052 ( +-12volts/ 15VA). Is this correct or should I go for the 25VA version?? Maximum current draw shouldn't be more than 400ma.

Please help me sort this out!
