Hello-
 
I recently purchased a Stax SRD-7. The back of the unit simply says "100V". The pamphlet that came with it (assuming it is original) says the unit can be run on 100V-240V. I have seen another SRD-7 that says "100V-240V" on the back....Not sure if I should trust the pamphlet or the label on the back of the unit???? Probably the label on the unit, but it is confusing...

Be careful!-very careful!-This was a habit that the  Stax and other Japanese companies had at the time for export  DONT go by the  pamphlet go by the sticker on the back various export models were made  -later they became "universal"
