I plugged in my Omega II (70xxx) headphones and realized that my right driver does not seem to be working. There was no event that indicated an issue. No crackles, no drops, no anything at all. I have two amplifiers, and multiple electrostatic amplifiers. No issues with the other gear. I want to assure there is not a wiring issue. Can someone lead me in the right direction? Thank you!

The cable of the SR-007mk1 has a tendency to break at the stress relief, so its most likely a wiring issue.
You can either fix it by replacing the cable, or by doing "creative" things like discarding the broken part of the cable and resoldering with the shortened cable... The newer O2 mk2 cable fixes this problem, but I don't know if its compatible with mk1.

Thank you. Are there ways of testing this to assure it's the issue?

Use a multimeter to check for continuity between the driver connections and 5-pin stax plug, I guess.
