I do....on DVD....and occasionally on Sci-Fi....especially since Michael Shanks is back as Daniel. It wasn't the same show without him.

Would you believe my wifes?? N o I love it. And I agree Daniel Jackson needs to be on the team.

It's one of my favorite shows since moving to the Sci-fi Channel (never have subscribed to Showtime).

My list of current faves:

1. West Wing
2. SG-1
3. Enterprise
4. 24

(in no certain order)

I was also a BIG fan of Babylon 5. Unfortunately, the Sci-fi Channel passed up an opportunity for a sequel because of Warner Brothers' slice of the profits being too high

I admit that I think it is pretty cool. Much better than the movie which was pretty lame.
I missed it when it first ran, but I caught up as they showed 4 consecutive shows every Friday night last year!

I thought Daniel Jackson's replacement was great. Makes me wonder if it wasn't a contract dispute or if he was making a film.

So what's the real story behind Daniel Jackson's absence?

my friend said the actor wanted to pursue some acting in movies, and it didn't work out, so he's back on stargate. i gotta agree that the replacement character is a tool. in australia, we have episodes all over the place, like the network does not show each one chronologically.

It's not a bad show. I've been checking it out this year and I'm glad the sci-fi channel picked it up. Much better than most of the other episodic shows on the air.

I enjoy the show. It is one of my guilty pleasures. I don't watch TV too religiously, but when I turn it on, it is usually either the Simpsons, Stargate, CSI or one of the Law and Order shows. I liked Michael Shanks better, and though the other guy is kind of a tool, I think he is actually pretty good.
