At the request of Duheed (Who has already started a similar thread for Dance tracks) I've started a thread for standout or eargasmic
rs1smile.gif
Rock/Metal songs.

Post you favorite songs that really take your breathe away or leave you in amazement after listening to them.

I'll start with the four most breath-takingly involving and exciting songs I can think of:

My Apocalypse - Escape The Fate

Tidal Waves Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner - Dance Gavin Dance

Diaspora - Rise Against

Apology - Alesana

Hopefully this will become an amazing database of songs from these incredible genres.

Don't be shy

I was told to post it here, I did.

Anyway if it's a problem move it, I don't mind.

Alright back to the original purpose.

For anyone thats wondering, Hardcore is basically Metal or Rock.

Keep them coming.

Who told you to post it here? I thought music-related stuff belonged in the music forum?

In the OP, I said that Duheed requested that I create a thread like this for another genre, he has already started a Dance related one.

Anyway, maybe I misjudged just how small of a minority Hardcore is, I guess I'll change it to Rock/Metal.

But why didn't you post it in the Music forum? (And I stress that word greatly) You'd probably have better luck getting responses there.

Because he specifically stated that he wanted them in the Member's Lounge.

Anyway, I'm sorry just disregard this thread, maybe I'll repost it in the music forum later.

Hardcore? Has to be Refused. One Song? New noise.

Metal? Has to be Isis. One Song? In Fiction.

Rock? Has to be Death From Above 1979. One Song? Romantic Rights.
