Just curious as what some peoples oppinions on the qualities and differences between the two. Im getting SR125s for next week and wondering if the MS1s would be worth getting a pair as well

cheers

rather than getting two pairs that are relatively the same and cost about the same, i think it would make way more sense to get neither and get sr225's ($200 new) or sr325i's ($300 new). might as well get a single phone instead and move up a level in sound quality.

But they don't cost the same. MS-1 is 2/3 the price of SR-125, a real bargain, in my opinion. I think you should only get one or the other. If you have the money to get two though, then I would consider OceanEnthusiast's suggestion.

Don't see the point of getting both...get one or the other, unless you REALLY need TWO pairs (one for office, and one for home). I bought a 225 and then a 60 for the office. If I didn't need two, I would have gone for the 325i

Agreed, no need for both of those...go straight for the SR-225's. You can find 'em cheap here on the FS forums, or I bought mine $200 new from HCM Audio with a 15' extension cable and free 2nd day air shipping.
