Let me know how it works out for you! Now if I could only get these pulled apart and the button/glue removed!

This has probably been discussed before, but just incase a newbie comes across this thread... what do you do with the 490 headband exactly? - is it a direct swap, or what do you need to do to put it onto the SR225 (and all other Grados presumably)?
