I've seen a lot of people use the wire out of Cat 5 network cable for internal wiring on their projects (and some even for interconnects!). I was wondering if anybody's tried the same with sprinkler control cable. I have gobs of the stuff sitting around in my garage, and the strands are at least solid-core.

It would certainly work, and so depends on your sonic expectations as to whether you'd use it or not

. Why not give it a try if it's free!

LOL.. too funny; time to start a new DIY trend; I suppose they would be good for setting your music to come on at a certain time to wake you up and turn off at a certain time after you go to sleep
