...is out today, and is currently on sale at amazonmp3 for only 3.99!

I've had the album for a bit now & it holds its own against GaGaGaGa or Gimme Fiction, but doesn't really knock you out with that quasi-literate catchy indie charm. Still better than what I was expecting after hearing the "Got Nuffin" single last year. Same loose haphazard production, yet more cohesive on other songs. Then again, the better Spoon albums grow on you in unexpected ways.

I think it's alright, I love Mystery Zone followed by Who Makes Your Money, but it also really limps across the finish line.

Honestly, as a whole though, I think it's just a bit of a snoozer for a Spoon album.

Not a big fan so far. That might change, because I didn't really like Gagagagaga until about 10 listens. We'll see. Mystery zone and who makes your money is a great 1-2 punch and very vintage spoon.

What the hell is going on with that piano ballad near then end?
