I have an album length 320kbps mp3 file that I want to cut into individual tracks without reencoding. i.e. someone ripped a CD to an image file + cue sheet and then encoded the WAV to MP3. Does anyone know what software I should use to snip this into individual tracks without losing fidelity?

There isn't a way without re-encoding.

But why would you want to do this? There is no benefit to doing so. Cue file sheet mp3s play the same as if they were individual tracks, you can add individual tracks from the cue sheet into playlists etc.
