What speakers would be good to use with my CKK3? I'm looking for something not too expensive and with decent quality. Nothing good or anything, just decent, so I can have something better than my crappy budget stereo system.

Uhh, how much wpc does the ck2III put out?

The CK2III puts out 1.4W into 33 ohms, so if you bridge one (assuming it will be bridged when balanced) it should knock over 6W into an 8 ohm speaker. That's enough to power highly efficient speakers.

Since you're OK with custom work, look at having a pair of Voigt Pipes built with Fostex drivers. You should be able to do it for $150-$200, depending on the cabinet finish, binding posts, etc.
