As many of you know, I'm building a studio and will be embedding speaker wire in the walls prior to sheetrocking.
I seem to remember someone saying it is a bad idea to run speaker wire parallel with the electric wires, but rather to run the perpendicular.
Is this something I need to worry about? Does proximity have an effect here?
I was thinking that if I ran the electric wires about 4' from the floor, and ran the speaker wire on the floor level (parallel) it would be ok. Is that true?
