I just bought some new (BIG) speakers. But I'm not used to four connections on the back. It looks like this:

The ones to the left are black, and the ones to the right are red. The blacks are, as you can see, connected with a plate. So are the reds.

^Therefore I assume I need to use a whole cable on each color. Like, connecting the cable to both the red-connections, and then join them together into the RED-input on the amplifier. Same with the rights...

Or am I totally wrong...??

Oh, and they are marked with letters too, which I on't understand:

Top black = H Top red = F
Bottom black = L Bottom red = F

the 4 connections allow you to run 2 sets of cable to the speaker to 'bi-wire' them. if you undo the connections you will find that the brass connectors will come out (this is for bi-wiring).
if you do not remove the brass connectors, you can wire as normal with one cable. one side to red, one to black.

if you want some info on bi-wiring, do a search. there is a recent thread on the cables forum discussing the pro's and con's of this practice.

Thanx.. So basically, I just need to use one cable - one to red, one to black? (The top ones)

Yes.
Or the bottom ones, doesn't matter which.
