So, I've got some vintage gear that I inherited.

Firstly, a Marantz 5220, Pioneer SX-535, a Meridian power amp/control/receiver/tuner combo that I can't identify, and a pair of Braun speakers.

The Brauns are bookshelves, black, weigh around 3-5 pounds, and have the following lightly (To the point of being barely visible) engraved on them:

Output C 4 Ohms 35W/50W Braun AG Frankfurt/M. Made in West Germany

Dimensions are approximately 4 1/4" (W) 4 1/8" (D) 7 7/8" (H).

Any help is appreciated, especially with the lack of documentation online.

Edit: Once I've got my camera battery charged, I'll be able to supply pictures.

Looks like a Braun "output compact". It should have a cast aluminium enclosure and weigh some 2,5 kg. Additional data I can give you is the nominal frequency response from 50 Hz to 25 kHz, crossover at 1,5 kHz with 12 dB/octave filters. And it dates back to ~ 1977. Speakers like this were the typical choice for a second listening zone (e.g. kitchen) and also popular for quadrophonic use.

RadioShack also put out speakers like this.
Minimus 7
Minimus 7W

And a few others like it.
Theyre not too bad for a mini or patio system,or for a dorm with maybe a T-Amp or a FireStone Big Joe or something. The match up well with a small 100w 10 inch sub or something.
