Just curious if any of you have sent packages in the San Diego area recently and if so, did it/they arrive this week? I don't want to sound impatient or unaware or unsympathetic of the tragedy there, but my package had a GS1000 and Edition 9 (to balance cables) in it and they were in San Diego Tuesday morning and since not shown anywhere including the SD destination (not directly affected by fires, but who knows the routes). Called USPS and they're just giving a blanket answer for the entire region.

I wont be surprised if it gets delayed, but I wouldnt expect anything more than that. Yesterday when I wanted to order something on Geeks.com they put up a message saying they wont ship for another few days since their warehouses are closed. I'm sure if they had to do something, they wouldve just set it aside till things calmed down, and then send it back. Its really tough for them to keep track of such stuff and keep you posted since the whole place is a mess right now

I believe their motto is "Rain or Shine" and says nothing about fire and smoke.
