Is there another source for transistors on the web? MCM is out of part # 2SJ109. All other transistors appear to be in stock, but I'd like to buy all my transistors at the same time if that's possible. Thanks!

I've been looking for the same part. Newark doesn't have it in stock, but their lead time for the part is 15 days. I have no idea when MCM will have it back in stock.

BDent appears to be out of stock as well. Interestingly enough, Newark's vendor for this part is MCM, so it's possible that they'll both be getting it back in soon. Any other sources out there?

MCM said they will have the 2SJ109 transistors in 2 weeks and B&D Enterprises will have them in 3-4 weeks.

BDent's prices for the 2SK109 seem VERY high to me. I'd wait for stock elsewhere.

Howzabout CEI or Dalbani?
