I'm looking for a first hi-fi source which I will use with my RE-400. Since these are beginner level in-ears, I'm also looking for the source up to $200.
I think about these:
HM-603 (used)
SHANLING M2s
XDUOO X3II
Has anyone tried any of this combination?
I was surprised that of the three sources of sound: Huawei Mediapad T2 Pro, iPhone 5s and Sansa Clip +, Huawei showed itself best. Sansa is in the last place.
With an iPhone even Sennheiser CX200 sounded much more massive.
