Yes, I was aware of audiocubes and find it odd that they are the only source.

It is a tad odd, but Audiocubes imports them from Japan, which explains why they are the only one, but not why AT won't sell them in the US.
IIRC, Headroom is trying to also start importing them from Japan. Check the Headroom forum section of Head-Fi.
