What do you think of the Soundcraft Spirit M Series mixer (the link) for an office/computer room headphone 'monitor rig'? The mixer would both be used for dialing in a monitor mix to the cans (i.e. of computers and other playback sources) and also directing audio to be sent _to_ devices (from mics, etc.) via prefader aux sends.

Do its noise specs look good for the price?

Would you recommend an external headphone amp between the mixer's mix outs and the headphones?
